Feed Newport – Cultural Food Hub & Community Kitchen Feed Newport supports people facing food insecurity and homelessness through hot meals, food parcels, and community connection. We believe in dignity, inclusion, and a warm meal shared with love.

Baby Basics Newport Your local baby bank providing essential items to families in need. We offer free baby packs (nappies, formula, clothing, toiletries) through referrals from midwives, health visitors, GPs, and clinics. We also run a community page for parents to share tips, connect, and support one another.

Cwtch Chai – Skills Café & Volunteering A friendly space for young people and adults to learn barista and hospitality skills while giving back to the community. Cwtch Chai empowers volunteers to grow confidence, gain experience, and find purpose through service.

Sofa Stories – Real Voices of Newport A storytelling project sharing lived experiences from across our community—one sofa and one cup of chai at a time. These stories inspire change, challenge stigma, and celebrate resilience.

The Open Table & The Open Pantry Located at 92 Commercial Street, Newport, this project offers affordable groceries, a warm hub space, and access to advice and wellbeing support. We welcome everyone to join us for tea, warmth, and community connection.

Warm Welcome Hub A safe, social space for older adults and anyone feeling isolated. Enjoy hot drinks, activities, and health workshops while connecting with others. Together, we’re building a kinder, more inclusive Newport.
